I'm Back! (+ a simple "recipe")

Hi friends!

I'm so happy to be back in this place! I'm finally starting to get excited by food and recipes again. After a long sick leave I'm now back at work and sort of back in the kitchen. This year has been so hard in so many ways but I think that things are starting to look up now :)

Anyways, let's talk about chocolate instead! This isn't really a recipe but it's too good not to share. Before I went plant-based/vegan I used to love Snickers bars. There's just something so irresistible with the combination of peanuts, chocolate and caramel.

So this is my "Snickers" version: Take some medjool dates (this is the caramel part), pit them and then fill them with peanut butter. Top with pieces of dark chocolate (or vegan milk chocolate if you prefer). Done! These are so so delicious and I can honestly say that they are even better than the original. And so much better for you too.

I don't know how often I will be able to post at the moment, but I'm really looking forward to sharing a few Christmas recipes in the weeks to come.
