Having a green smoothie for breakfast is such a good start to my day, but this pink smoothie is also a great alternative. I love to eat it for the incredibly beautiful colour, but also for the taste of it of course! It gets its colour from raspberries and beetroot powder, and also has a taste of banana and vanilla. To make fruit smoothies keep their beautiful colours for longer, simply add a squeeze of lemon or lime.
Top this smoothie with granola, muesli or a mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Good morning!
Pink Smoothie Bowl
2/3 cup oat milk
1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
2 small bananas
1/2 lemon (the juice)
1/4 tsp real vanilla powder
1 tsp beetroot powder
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Begin with blending the milk with the hemp seeds. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Since I love colourful food I also tried to combine this smoothie with my green liquorice smoothie. So delicious!
